About Me

F irst and foremost, thank you for stopping by my website. My name is Elena Estrella, my last name means star. I am a new photgrapher in a small town called McFarland, Ca. I am a Criminal Justice Major but I've always had a passion for photography. I was raised in a home were cameras were a big part of our lives. Our first camera was a polaroid then we upgraded up to a 35mm film point and shoot camera. My father conserved his albums very well with black and white and color photos.

When people ask me what photography equipment I use - I tell them my eyes."

I enjoy taking pictures and freezing time. I never thought I would own a small business. It all started when my father passed away on October 2013. To ease my pain I would take my camera and go out and shoot. I started posting my pictures on social media and by word of mouth people were contacting me to do photoshoots. I was doing them for free for a while. It wasn't until I started to invest in my education in photography is when I decided to get my business license. 

Thanks to my supporters from my family members, friends, clients, and the community that believed in me, I probably wouldn't have this website today. I work hard on what I do and I love what I do. My main focus and goal is to deliver what the client wants. Thank you for stopping by and checking out my website.
